All products sold on this website are made to order.

Under EU consumer law, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to:

  • Goods made to the consumer’s specifications

  • Clearly personalised products

Therefore, returns are not accepted unless the item is defective.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–14 business days after approval

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom printed stationery

  • Art prints and paper stationery such as notecards produced on demand

These items cannot be returned unless faulty.
